Kaya Chopsticks

Material

These chopsticks are made from kaya wood.
Each pair is finished entirely by hand using a hand plane.
No coating or varnish is applied.

Shape and Dimensions

Length: approximately 23.5 cm
Maximum thickness: approximately 7 mm

The cross-section is square, with the corners gently rounded.

Handling and Feel

Because the surface is left uncoated, the wood retains a natural level of friction.
This helps reduce slipping and makes them suitable for noodles as well.

They are lightweight and have a straightforward, balanced feel in the hand.

Care Instructions

After use, wash promptly with water or mild detergent.
Wipe off moisture and allow to dry away from direct sunlight and heat sources.

Do not soak.
Do not use in a dishwasher, microwave, or oven.
Store only after thoroughly drying.

Consideration

These chopsticks are finished without coating.
They require slightly more care in daily handling.
